Begin 2026 well! - a limited off is now available !

Starting the year well matters. It sets the rhythm for what follows. And often, it’s not about big changes — it’s about consistency.

Consistency doesn’t mean practicing every day or being super flexible. It simply means coming back. Again and again. Even on grey days, when motivation is low, or when the mat feels far away.

A regular practice helps your body feel better, your mind settle, and your week find a rhythm. Small, steady steps really do add up.

To make things a little more fun, we’ll be inviting our members to join our January Consistency Challenge — a gentle, fun and motivating way to practice together and keep showing up, one class at a time. More details will be shared with our members shortly.

December short days are here …

Good question to ask right now : What makes you comeback to your yoga practice ?

Right now may be colder, body may feel more stiff and we may have more and more worries on our heads , last thing to worry about is your yoga practice .. However let’s turn this thought upside down. What if you knew that you can practice for the next 20/30/50+years more?
Suddenly there is space.
Space for imperfection, for exploration, for showing up exactly as you are. The practice stops being another task on the list and becomes a place where worries from the day can dissolve, even if just for a breath or two.

When we remember that this discipline isn’t a burden but a devotion — a quiet returning — we give ourselves permission to move without pressure, to observe without judgment, to meet the moment with honesty. That’s the beauty of Yoga: the repetition reveals new layers of ourselves, not because we chase achievement, but because we allow awareness to settle in.

And from that softness, that tiny shift inside, comes the after-practice bliss — the kind that spills gently outward. Little gifts of patience, warmth, clarity we can offer to others without even trying.

Yoga is more than shapes on a mat or... instagram pose. Behind every asana is a tradition of philosophy and wisdom that brings meaning to the practice. In this 3 -hour workshop, we’ll explore yoga philosophy in a down-to-earth way and weave it into our time on the mat.

We’ll also slow down and dive into alignment, so each pose feels steady, safe, and spacious. Alignment isn’t about perfection — it’s about protecting your joints, preventing injuries, and creating more ease in your body, understanding what works for you.

This training is open to anyone curious to go deeper into Yin - weather you’re a yoga teacher wanting to expand your toolbox or a dedicated practitioner drawn to stillness and self-inquiry. Better late than never, right? We quietly opened our doors on 1st July, but now it’s time to officially celebrate with a cozy community drink and get-together among yogis and friends. Think of it as a private housewarming get together… just with more yoga mats. We sincerely hope you’ll join us!

The evening kicks off with a 1-hour Mandala Flow led by Alicja at 6.30pm. After class, we’ll take a quick 30 minutes to reset the room, and then it’s straight into drinks, chats, and laughter.

We created the Brussels Yoga Loft originally from the Loft of our home as one of the first Yoga studios in Brussels . The purpose was then and continues to be to create a common space for yogis to get together and create a community where those who love the Ashtanga & Vinyasa practice can gather in a warm, friendly, serene, and relaxed yogic environment.
