“Ground and answers will be found”
There are so many ways to ground yourself.
My favourite ones are;
- sit still and watch the ocean, breathe the ocean air and feel the wind and sun on my skin
- walking barefoot in nature
- breathwork
- emotional release
- shaking
- meditation
- body scan
- journaling about me feelings and sesantions
- yoga
- massage
- dancing
- making love
- …
Mainly it’s about ways that bring me out of my head and back into my body. To allow awareness to sink deeper within. By taking time, standing still and FEELING.
“Silence speaks within”.
When I feel more connected, calm and grounded, answers come. Visions come. Connections and synchronicity comes. I find more clarity, stillness and trust within. My whole nervous system calms down and my brain gets the signal I am safe so my body can relax and my breath can deepen and slow down again.
Happy and grateful to walk this path of hollistic healing, health, awareness, connection and a more conscious and balanced lifestyle.
