Gratefull for this space we hold together, the connection, and the journey we shared.. Sacred ceremony 🌿💚🌿
a field of deep presence, where everything that was ready could surface and be seen..

This work is not about force, but about allowing.
Gently meeting what is held within the body, the heart, the unconscious…
and letting it soften, unravel, and release.

As the old patterns, emotions, and stories loosen their grip, new
space is created not empty, but fertile.

And in that fertile space, a new seed is planted.
An intention that begins to root itself in the nervous system,
in the body, in the field of who we are becoming.

This is how transformation moves…
not by pushing, but by letting go and allowing something new to grow from within.. with focus, and relaxation.

Waw, it was an amazing ceremony ✨🌿✨
Our recent plant ceremony unfolded in a deeply beautiful and sacred way. The space was filled with love, joy and a truly blissful atmosphere that carried us throughout the night.

There was a strong presence of the ancestors, gently guiding and supporting the process. Deep work was done, layers were touched, released and transformed.

We are grateful for the openness, courage and trust within the circle. It was a night of connection, remembrance and profound healing and graetfull for these awesome souls ! It was a great group 💚

We walked with the plants 🌿
into the quiet chambers of the soul.
Not to escape the darkness,
but to remember that it, too, is sacred.

The ceremony opened layers
beyond the reach of the mind.
Roots, wounds, and memories older than language
rose gently, sometimes fiercely,
asking only to be witnessed.

In the darkness we discovered
not punishment, but intelligence.
Not fear, but medicine.

The plants reminded us
that healing does not arrive as light alone.
It arrives as depth.
As stillness.
As the courage to stay present
when the heart feels raw and unprotected.

What was heavy began to soften.
What was hidden began to breathe.
What was fragmented remembered its wholeness.

This is the quiet work of the plants:
to guide us home
through shadow, through silence, through truth.
In gratitude for eveyone who was in ceremony✨❤️✨

Gisteren bij ✨ ✨
Een fijne meditatie en ademcirkel waarin we samen vertraagden,
uit het hoofd en terug het lichaam in. Waar we alles kunnen loslaten en herstellen. Diep mogen zakken in jezelf. Veilig en gedragen.

Via de adem ontstond ruimte, zachtheid en verbinding, waar iedereen thuis kwam in zichzelf in diepe rust en contentement.

We starten met verbonden ademhaling , een krachtige, helende reis naar binnen, waarin spanning mag loslaten en levensenergie vrijer kan stromen.
We sluiten de avond af met een prachtige geleidende meditatie, zodat lichaam en ziel tot rust komen en je thuiskomt bij jezelf.
