Lately, I’ve been reflecting deeply on boundaries. All the times I stayed silent, didn’t know how to say no, or wasn’t even aware of my limits are surfacing now—loud and unignorable.

This isn’t just personal; it feels ancestral. Generations of suppressed anger and unspoken truths have found a voice in me. The rage is raw and overwhelming, but it’s here to teach me.

For so long, I suppressed my rage to “keep the peace.” But denying these kind of emotions doesn’t make it disappear—it buries them in the body, where they grow until they demand to be seen.

Feeling this rage has shown me that boundaries are sacred acts of self-respect. They’re not negotiable. And when someone crosses them, it’s not about our worth—it’s about doing the work to honor and enforce them.

This process isn’t easy. Feeling these emotions can be uncomfortable, but it’s also extremely powerful. It’s a reminder that we are connected, that we care deeply about ourselves, and that we are no longer willing to accept less than we deserve.

To anyone wrestling with boundaries or rage: you’re not alone. This is healing work—messy, uncomfortable, and transformative. Trust the process. Trust yourself. Your boundaries matter. And your emotions, when embraced, can be your greatest guide. I see you, I hear you, I value you.

The mind is a very powerful place, filled with endless ideas, visions, dreams, and possibilities. It has the ability to analyze, create, and shape the world around us.

But when it comes to guiding our lives, it’s intuition—the whisper of the soul—that leads us to our most authentic selves. Intuition doesn’t shout. It’s a gentle nudge, the pull toward what feels right, even when logic can’t explain it. It’s the voice of the heart, rooted in a deep wisdom that goes beyond reason.

When we listen to it, life begins to flow effortlessly, and the pieces fall into place just when we need them to.

Trust your intuition like you would a trusted friend. It’s been with you through every challenge, every triumph, and every moment of growth. Op kerstavond starten de 12 heilige nachten, ook wel de rooknachten, yule nachten of moedernachten genaamd.

Moedernachten omdat de komende dagen en nachten ons vragen om goed voor onszelf te zorgen (als een moeder).

We transformeren van het oude naar het nieuwe tijdens de eerste nacht, ook wel de Moedernacht genaamd. Het is dus een goed moment om energetisch alsook fysiek los te laten en te reinigen.

Opruimen en opschonen staat centraal, ook je surrounings. Vandaar ook de term rooknachten want rook reinigt, zoals salie, palo santo, wierook...
De intentie van deze periode is verstillen, vertragen want de afgelopen dagen was voor heel wat mensen intens aka living aan 300 km/u.

Deze 12 nachten zijn gevuld met intense dromen die de 12 volgende maanden (respectievelijk) zullen weerspiegelen. So pay attention to your dreams.

Tip: Zet een intentie in je avondmeditaties, schrijf je dromen op als je ze herinnert en reflect on them with your gut because you are the only one who knows what they mean. Not google, not books about dreams, not other humans (but maybe some of them will channel (un)consciously so listen and take what resonates).

Trust your intuition and everything will come to fruitition.
