I had 20 minutes of spare time today.. and I used up even more.. and then I had to hurry to be on time for the next thing 😅 But! I made it (safely) 😊
Anyhow, it was time well spent.
It's good and fun to do some random drawings now and again. And so, this thing came to be, a Norse styled moustache. A reminder that not everything has to be perfectly planned and scheduled. Sometimes random and fun can be exactly the thing you need.

De maandelijkse Reikikring komt er weer aan 😊 Op vrijdag 17 oktober van 14u30 tot 17u30.
Komende data: Vrijdag 21 november en 12 december.

Wat doen we? Elkaar Reiki geven, basisbeginselen bespreken, meditatie, reinigingsritueel, energetische oefening (baduanjin).

Reiki ervaring of voorkennis is niet nodig.

Friday I created a handpoke tattoo on the wonderful Katleen. The circle symbolizes the world that's being gently carried by leaves.
It's a reminder of her evolution as a person, to love and accept herself as a whole, to embrace all parts of herself.
We talked about what it means to not be able to be yourself and how shame from younger years can impact you. How important it is for us to move our body and listen to it. This can be via dance, yoga, meditation, some other form of movement or self care (reiki 😉). Being able to love yourself and being comfortable within oneself is the basis of our hapiness.

When a friend (and one of your best clients 🥰) has a playful idea, loaded with symbolism, you just get on board 😄
Sometimes you just have to say Ef it and do your own thing, no matter what others think and say about it.

The symbol for Aum for . It symbolizes the Oneness. Jan often uses it during his meditations, it helps him relax and see the connection between all that is more clearly. So lovely 🥰

1 op 1 Reiki sessies bij 🤍

Door onze lichamen stroomt levensenergie. Wanneer deze energie in balans is, zorgt het er mede voor dat we fysiek, mentaal en emotioneel gezond zijn. Als deze in een onbalans is (door verstoring of blokkades) kan dit zorgen voor ziekte en stress.

Een Reikibehandeling zorgt ervoor dat deze verstoringen of blokkades weggewerkt worden.

Reiki is een zachte manier om terug meer connectie te krijgen met je lichaam.
