We welcome Maxine on Tuesday evening:
Maxine represents a modern approach to yoga that meets the needs of today’s life — blending ancient yogic wisdom and Ayurveda with insights from neuroscience and fascia research.
For her, yoga is a way to reconnect to your natural rhythm and return to your inner nature. Her teaching invites students to tune into the intelligence of the body and breath, and to explore their energy levels day by day. This creates space for both beginners and experienced practitioners to grow — on and off the mat.
Maxine teaches with authenticity and presence, sharing from her own experience with students around the world. Her classes range from meditative, inward-focused Yin Yoga to strong, breath-led Vinyasa Flow.
