My top 3 favorites: breakfast edition ☕️
Easy Big pancake 🥞
- 250g whole wheat flour or Oatmeal
- 250g skyr or fresh cheese
- 3 Eggs 🥚
- Baking powder
- A handful of flax seeds
- A handful of nuts of your choice (I used walnuts)
- Fruit of your choice (I made one with 🍌 & 🍓 and one with 🍌 & frozen 🫐)
- Milk🥛 to get a good consistency.
Mix the egg whites into snow ❄️
Mix all the ingredients and add the egg whites at the end.
Put the mix in a preheated oven for 15min on 180°C.
You can enjoy it for breakfast or as a perfect snack.
