In our hectic, 'chase the brass ring' society, we often neglect the one thing we cannot do without; and that is ourselves. Oftentimes circumstances of our own choosing or those outside our control can interfere with the coping mechanisms we've worked hard to cultivate, and can cause us minor issues to full-blown crises. From learned behaviors that no longer serve us in large or small ways, to emotional, mental and physical pains that challenge our very lives~ Reiki, Hypnosis, Ho'oponopono and my Insight Session work can help you 'catch your breath' in order to provide balance, clarity, confidence and control over your own future; possibly for the very first time. The work that I engage in is highly connected and intuitively-lead which allows my Clients to gain deeper insight and release quickly in what I call an "Accelerated Healing" process. My goal in working with these Healing Modalities is to empower you in your own healing, and get you back in the 'driver's seat' of your own life. Certified Ho'oponopono Practitioner

I wish the Democrats would start investing in and promoting messaging like this across social media as much as possible. We are in a public relations and social media war that is dominated by disinformation and propaganda, and we need to fight back with truthful, powerful messaging like we see with and and others. They convey strength and integrity that represents us well, and it’s what we need to hear while we’re swimming in a sea of negativity.
