How to get your European vaccination passport when you don't have an ID card with a chip or the itsme app

1. Create an account on helena.care. Ask your doctor for the activation code

2. Go to https://www.masante.belgique.be./ #/

3. "Se connecter" in the right corner

4. Choose "identification avec Helena"

5. Use your telephone number and the pincode you chose to login

6. Click on "Certificat Numérique Européen COVID"

7. Choose the option that fits your situation
-Avez-vous déjà été vacciné?
-Avez-vous déjà passé un test négatif?
-Avez-vous été guéri de la Covid-19 ?

8. Print your document

You can also use your helena account in the CovidSafe app to have your vaccination certificate on your phone
