New week, same lessons
One thing we notice among our regular yogis: they are less stressed when they arrive to the studio because they have planned their lessons in advance.
Remaining spontaneous sounds like freedom. However, we notice time and time again that people who sign in last-minute tend to enjoy their experience less.
Planning ahead helps with all of the mental load around getting to class: what time do you need to leave? When do you need to eat?
On our side, it helps enormously if you sign up in advance. This is a small studio. We know your history, we know your practice and if we know you’re coming, we can serve you even better.
