🌟 Inspiring the next generation of STEM talent

At IBA, we welcome students throughout the year to explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) careers and meet the people behind our technologies. 🔬

Since September, more than 300 students, from universities, secondary schools, and teacher‑training programs, have visited our Louvain‑la‑Neuve site.

🌍 These initiatives reflect IBA’s societal mission, especially at a time when Europe faces a growing need for STEM professionals. Programs like Innovat’her, a dedicated event for secondary‑school girls, also help encourage more young women to pursue these fields.

Thank you to all the students for their curiosity, and to our colleagues for making these visits truly inspiring. 🙏

Starting the year with good news!
