💼 How would you describe yourself at Ardena?
– Determined, resolutive, and committed — these qualities drive my contributions each day.
🚀 Throughout my tenure spanning over 15 years, I've embarked on a dynamic professional journey, delving into various realms within Analytical Services, Manufacturing Systems, and Quality Assurance. Joining the Ardena family, I've had the opportunity to share my experience with all the other sites; simultaneously, I've also gleaned valuable insights from colleagues located in other countries. This exchange of knowledge and information is profoundly enriching and fruitful.
🏆 Reflecting Ardena's relentless pursuit of excellence, a standout moment was our recent ERP implementation—a challenge turned into a testament of teamwork and resilience. For me this set up the basis for every upcoming project.
🤝 What does "We CARE" mean to you?
– "We CARE" is an initiative that brings us an excellent opportunity to share our interests, values and knowledge. It also reinforces the fact that in order to succeed at work, the most important tools are communication, honesty and a strong commitment to quality.
🤝 For new team members venturing into their careers at Ardena, my advice is simple: Listen, learn, and embrace the wealth of knowledge shared by senior colleagues. Stay open-minded, and seize every chance to collaborate with colleagues across sites — it's these experiences that lay the foundation for remarkable careers at Ardena.
