My top 3 favorites: breakfast edition โ๏ธ
Easy Big pancake ๐ฅ
- 250g whole wheat flour or Oatmeal
- 250g skyr or fresh cheese
- 3 Eggs ๐ฅ
- Baking powder
- A handful of flax seeds
- A handful of nuts of your choice (I used walnuts)
- Fruit of your choice (I made one with ๐ & ๐ and one with ๐ & frozen ๐ซ)
- Milk๐ฅ to get a good consistency.
Mix the egg whites into snow โ๏ธ
Mix all the ingredients and add the egg whites at the end.
Put the mix in a preheated oven for 15min on 180ยฐC.
You can enjoy it for breakfast or as a perfect snack.
