My top 3 favorites: breakfast edition โ˜•๏ธ

Easy Big pancake ๐Ÿฅž
- 250g whole wheat flour or Oatmeal
- 250g skyr or fresh cheese
- 3 Eggs ๐Ÿฅš
- Baking powder
- A handful of flax seeds
- A handful of nuts of your choice (I used walnuts)
- Fruit of your choice (I made one with ๐ŸŒ & ๐Ÿ“ and one with ๐ŸŒ & frozen ๐Ÿซ)
- Milk๐Ÿฅ› to get a good consistency.

Mix the egg whites into snow โ„๏ธ
Mix all the ingredients and add the egg whites at the end.

Put the mix in a preheated oven for 15min on 180ยฐC.

You can enjoy it for breakfast or as a perfect snack.

Homemade granola with yogurt
- Oatmeal
- Chiaseeds
- Flaxseeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower seeds ๐ŸŒป
- Nuts: cashew, almond, walnut, hazelnut...
- Coconut powder ๐Ÿฅฅ
- Cacao (dark) powder
- Almond milk

Mix all the ingredients and put it for 30-40min (depending on the quantity) in a preheated oven.
Mix it up from time to time, so it's evenly baked.

Let it cool and add some dark chocolate as topping
( Yes, I do love ๐Ÿซ )

Take 2 big spoons of skyr (or any yogurt rich in protein) and mix with 2 spoons of your homemade granola. Add some blueberries or any fruit of your choice.

- 1x ๐Ÿฅ„ chiaseeds
- 1x ๐Ÿฅ„ flaxseeds
- 2x ๐Ÿฅ„ oatmeal

Add some hot water until the mix is covered and wait for 5 minutes โฑ๏ธ
Mix and let it cool ๐Ÿ˜Ž
Add 2 x ๐Ÿฅ„ skyr (or any yogurt rich in protein) and mix.

Melt 1x ๐Ÿฅ„ of dark ๐Ÿซ and mix with 1x small ๐Ÿฅ„ of almond/cashew butter 100%. Add it on top of the seed mix and let it cool overnight in the fridge โ„๏ธ

Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹
