It’s not always easy to love yourself… when you are having good days it’s easy… but when your body, mind or spirit is struggling it is a challenge to love every part of you… Acceptance is is also being okay with the good and the bad parts of your life. The last month my mind and my body kept on challenging me… there were all sorts of things: anxiety, sadness, health issues, low energy, sleeplessness, doubt, low self-esteem… But there is also acceptance needed to heal, accepting the that thoughts are only thoughts, surround yourself with positive energy, sleep, breath, meditate, rest… and sleep… and sleep… Taking some space and time to heal is not weak but it is needed so you can build yourself up again, day by day… moment by moment…
