Today, we announced the successful completion of the strategic alliance between Greenyard and Eureden.

This alliance brings together Gelagri Bretagne, the French frozen vegetable activities of Eureden and Greenyard Frozen France, a subsidiary of the Greenyard Group. By combining their production, processing, and commercial capabilities, the new organisation is ideally positioned to strengthen the supply of frozen vegetables of French origin, while reinforcing the economic and agricultural significance of the Brittany region.

A strong result at the 2026 Distrifood Industributie Awards!

We are delighted to announce that Greenyard Prepared has won the silver medal overall in the 2026 Industributie Awards (DKW Food), in recognition of collaboration, performance and partnership across the value chain.

Our teams were also recognised for their achievements in various categories, including the gold medal in Supply Chain Management, which highlights their daily commitment to reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement.

These results reflect our close cooperation with retail partners and our teams' dedication to delivering nutritious, delicious and reliable food solutions every day, in line with Greenyard’s ambition to help shape a healthier food future.

Moving forward with sustainability 🌱❄️

Sustainability isn’t a side project at Greenyard, it’s part of how we operate every day. We are therefore delighted to announce that Greenyard Frozen has been awarded a Silver Medal by EcoVadis

With a score of 73/100, Greenyard Frozen now ranks in the top 15% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide, and in the top 4% in the fruit and vegetable industry globally. The assessment covers themes such as the environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

This recognition reflects our teams' collective efforts to embed responsible practices into daily operations and long-term strategy, working closely with customers, suppliers, and partners to create a positive impact.

This important milestone reinforces our ambition to keep improving. After all, shaping the future of food means making sustainability practical, measurable and integral to everything we do.

Three apples, one jar, and 24 years of craftsmanship!

Have you ever wondered what goes into that smooth, naturally sweet apple compote on the table? At Greenyard Prepared, it all starts close to home, with apples mainly grown in Belgium and the Netherlands.

We use a carefully balanced mix of Golden, Jonagold and other delicious varieties of apple. Around three apples are needed to fill just one 720 ml jar, and each one is checked and prepared with precision and care.

Every step, from washing and slicing to cooking, filling and labelling, is guided by strict quality controls to ensure consistent flavour, safety and freshness. Behind it all is a dedicated team with over 24 years' experience in perfecting this process, bringing craftsmanship and teamwork to every batch.

Each jar of our apple compote tells a pure-plant story of care, expertise, and respect for nature. It's designed to be enjoyed for a healthier future.

Lighting up the sky and lifting up the community! 🌟🏃🏻

Christmas officially begins in King's Lynn when the iconic Greenyard Frozen UK Star shines brightly, and this year the honour went to Matty, who started his festive 5K challenge for The Purfleet Trust right here on our site.

For the second year running, Matty is running 5k every day for 25 days, finishing on Christmas morning at the local Parkrun. Day 1 started at Greenyard, where our team joined him for the first run, demonstrating the power of coming together for a meaningful cause.

Last year, Matty raised £1,800, and this year he’s aiming even higher, with every donation supporting essential homelessness services in West Norfolk.

At Greenyard, we believe that supporting the future of our communities is also part of the future of food. As this partnership grows, so does our commitment to making a difference where it matters most.

Running towards a healthier future 🏃‍♀️🥕

This autumn, our teams from Lipno and Dąbrowa, Greenyard Frozen Poland, once again showed their pure-plant energy on the Dąbrowa Chełmińska–Ostromecko route, joined by colleagues’ families and friends who all shared the same spirit of fun, health and teamwork.

Whether it was their first time or their next challenge, our colleagues from Frozen Poland truly embodied the Greenyard mindset of constant movement and growth. It was a day full of energy and smiles. From pure-plant gift baskets to warming soup at the finish line, the day served as a reminder that small moments of togetherness can have a significant impact.
