Have you heard of “la fabrique à bulles d’émotions” from Elodie at Cœur s’Envole? 🌈

As the week ends, Elodie encourages children to blow a bubble for each strong or unpleasant emotion they experienced—symbolically releasing the week’s tensions. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘‍♂️ This little ritual is also a chance to introduce children to mindfulness, helping them notice the tensions that ease within them with each bubble they blow.

Elodie is truly wonderful and attentive, guiding each child with care and warmth as they explore their emotions.

Health care at Oakway goes beyond what happens within our walls. Our surroundings are full of life too — at the end of our garden, we’ve created a space for wildlife, where a fox and a hedgehog like to visit… or maybe have even made their home 🌿🦊🦔

Coucou, I’m Alana 🍁
Maman of three and so grateful for the beautiful balance I get to live — whether I’m with my girls or at Oakway doing the work I love. 💛

As an osteopath I have the joy of supporting babies in their very first days, guiding children as they grow, and walking alongside women throughout pregnancy and into the transformative postpartum period. It’s an honour to share these moments and be part of such meaningful journeys!
