I started with the first successful Wellness Sunday group session on 9 May continued by a second Wellness sunday on 16 May .
I already have several participants but if you want to, you could still let me know and register to join.

Several of you have expressed interest to join later days. I am therefore happy to announce that
I'm organizing another wellness Sunday on 23 May and another Monday 24 May,2021
for those preferring a weekday.

In June I will organize Sunday wellness days on 6, 13 and 20 June to prepare you all for the
post- lockdown and holiday season.

I invite you to let me know who is interested to participate on the specific wellness day
by whatsapp and i will provide a detailed programme on the day before the selected day
for those who have registered and paid.

Example of a programme schedule for a wellness day. I will of course also adapt the timing
for specific time- zones in the US or Americas.

For Europeans: Belgian/ German time.
8 - 9.30 am: (meditation, asanas and pranayama.)
I suggest that each of you take a walk, bike ride or sauna and rest after brunch.
1 - 1.45 pm: nidra yoga or yogic sleep session.
4.30 - 5.45 pm :for another asana session
5.45-6 pm groups drink to close the day.
For those who want to, i will provide guidance for food and drinks for a detox day at the same time.

Exceptionally i offer this day for a very low fee of 50 euro per person and I am looking forward
to meeting several of you and enjoy a little group session together.

Dear friends,

The pandemic and accompanying lockdown measures have turned our work-life and travel balance upside down. Restrictions in our countries resulted in many of us, myself included being confined for months in our homes. Some of you have increased and deepened their practice and have been convinced of the benefits.

I personally had to put my workshops and travels on hold for the moment but am happy to be connected with many of you for tele yoga, chakra healing and meditation, individualised consultations,wellness detox programs and to receive very positive feedback on how the practices have become a powerful tool to deal with the lockdown’s uncertainty and isolation, as well as to increase our physical and mental well-being. Given this success, I will of course continue this way until we can meet in person again.

If possible I would like to ask you to reach out to those of your friends and family members who could benefit from my sessions and guidance during this challenging period and share my contacts and website.

Keep safe, healthy and happy and hope to meet some of you soon again online and in person.

Fighting against any sort of Infections disease required a holistic approach, understanding the Agent , Environment and Host.

In the Case of Covid 19, currently we are without any weapon , as no effective treatments or vaccines are available.

Most of the steps which we are advocating are mainly targeting the environment, which aims to make the circumstances not supportive for the growth the virus. This includes hygienic practices and sanitation measures.

But the most sustainable method is to make the host healthy, which is explained as soil - seed theory in Naturopathy. Make the soil ( our body ) infertile ,so that the seed ( agent) cannot grow.

The measures suggested by Naturopathic method includes

👉🏾 Promote nutrition for the cells by healthy diet

👉🏾 Make sure that the diet is diverse in nature ( rainbow diet ) so that body will get enough raw materials to build immunity. Each colour is a phyto nutrition which act as basic raw materials for building our immune system.

👉🏾 Avoid taxing our vitality . Excess food, heavy exercise , lack of rest and stress act as tax on our vitality , so that the healing mechanism gets compromised.

👉🏾 Disease is basically an inflammatory response of the body to any kind external or internal threats. Infections diseases elicit acute inflammatory response which manifest as symptoms. Make sure that our diet is basically anti- inflammatory in nature ,so that adverse effects of inflammation can be prevented.

👉🏾Food that promotes inflammation are, but to limited to, refined carbohydrates, fructose syrup, vegetable oils, processed meet , trans fat and alcohol. Reduce / avoid these to assist the healing process.

👉🏾 Gut microbes plays a vital role in making our immunity. Have a healthy gut microbes by eating plenty of fibers . Remember Suger supports bad microbes and fiber is the food for good bacteria.

👉🏾 No healing efforts will work in absence of good sleep. If one sleep less than 4 hours for a single night there fill be 70 % drop in the Natural killer cells, which is a major component of our immune system.

👉🏾 Relax , don't get stressed. Natural healing mechanism never get activated when your are stressed. Practice breathing practices and meditation to keep your self calm and relaxed.

👉🏾 Fasting the supreme remedy. In case of Fever ,our body naturally demands fasting by killing our appetite . Fasting helps the body kill the disease causing agent to activating the ' self - eating ' ( autophagy ) of old , unwanted, extra and FOREIGN cells.

👉🏾 Last ,but not the least, Listen to your body! Body heals itself when a chance is given. Chance is nothing by rest !
