What a blessing it was to follow the 21 Stages of Meditation training at the ashram Ram Dass Guru Portugal.

Yogic lifestyle with early morning yoga, study and meditation practice, daily kirtan (devotional meditative chanting), delicious vegan meals, seva tasks, and most importantly, being with my lovely Kundalini yoga/Karam Kriya family, my teacher and the precious spiritual teachings 😌🙏💕✨
