Listen to the gentle voice of your Heart. Clear away the persistent critical voice of anxiety, judgment, and disappointment; recognize the hooks that bind you to those unkind situations, people and things, that need to be released.

Peace will come. Clear away the maelstrom of family and personal (or even professional) dramas and heightened emotional interactions. Clear your belief systems and patterns that you have unconsciously taken on; even the trauma (and karma) that has been passed from generation to generation. All of this fit together and affect us.

Make room inside to hear that quiet voice, develop a relationship and that union activates the Light within.
