Classes here are simple. Designed to help you feel where you are out from your middle point. Maybe uncomfortable silence or stillness. Taking postures or breath-work a little extra longer to feel the edge of breakthrough.
Where the ego leads you to discussions in yourself. All the ways we experiment within this safe space to see where we truly are.
The mind will say “okay thats enough breath work for today” or “you cannot hold this pose any longer” or “the pain is too much now”. Anything to avoid discomfort.
Now the point is not to go past the red zone, of course not, but rather to tip your toe into the thought “what about one more deep breath” or bringing your attention back to your belly.
In my experience, the moment the thinking mind drifts away from the posture or the breath, then I also have the thought “I can’t go on any longer” but sometimes I “play” and think “ok back to the belly, back to the breath” and then a tipping point is reached where the breath work and the posture becomes infinitely possible.
