Movement is essential for learning. 👩🏼‍🏫

As human beings, we are made to walk, run, climb, jump and move naturally. Without movement, blood circulation decreases, our energy levels drop and it becomes harder to concentrate. This in turn affects our ability to learn.

Encouraging movement in the classroom is about integrating it naturally through furniture and architecture.
