Massage your breasts if you want good health

-It stimulates lymph flow in the breast tissue, which can help you move excess fluids & reduce puffiness or congestion

-It helps you release oxytocin which can help you relax & reduce muscle tension
-It moves your stagnant Qi (vital energy) in the body
-It disperses Liver Qi stagnation which is a frequent cause of emotional stress, anger, or frustration manifesting physically in our breasts
