It is fine to stick with a yoga style which feels good to you, but it is beneficial to occasionally try other styles too.
Throughout yoga tradition, you might hear some teachers claiming their system is best and even discourage you from trying new things. Because of lineage, peer pressure,
profit or fear of being outcast from the group.
However, we can benefit from an open mind by expanding our experience to other styles. Helping us to grow, by embracing and reflecting on a broader scope of yoga practice aspects.
After all, a caged bird can't fly.
