Maart… het is precies kiezen tussen zonnebril of winterjas 😅
En dus gaan we gewoon voor… comfy met stijl ✨

Deze set ontstond zoals zoveel goeie ideeën:
op de Lapjesmarkt utrecht , waar deze fluo stof letterlijk mijn naam riep 💙
Ik zag het meteen voor me: een sporty look met een knipoog, blauwe strepen en vooral: iets waar je in wil léven.

Met het Cyrille patroon ging ik aan de slag voor de trui,
en voor de broek koos ik Perry in een zalige wooltouch stretch van , beide patronen uit Fibre Mood .
Comfy enough voor een drukke dag, maar toch helemaal “gekleed”.

En ja… er zat een kleine pauze van zes maanden tussen idee en afwerking 🙈
Maar hé, dat is ook na**en. Ideeën laten sudderen tot het moment juist zit.

En dit moment? Dat is nu.
Perfect voor die dagen waarop de zon komt piepen, maar het nog nét niet durft ☀️

Dit is zo’n outfit waar ik me helemaal mezelf in voel.
En dat is uiteindelijk waar Moestash voor staat 💙

In this look, I’m wearing one of their gorgeous new cotton prints — a dreamy patchwork design that instantly gives all the summer vibes. This top? Simply amazing. Elegant, flattering and incredibly comfortable… definitely more versions coming soon!

And can we talk about these shorts? They complete the outfit perfectly — classy, effortless and oh so comfy.

Sometimes a pattern just needs to wait… until you’re truly ready for it ✨

The Barbro Pants from Fibre Mood are bold, confident, and full of character. A barrel leg silhouette, playful darts at the knee and hem, an asymmetric fly, and all the classic jeans details — a real statement piece.

I finally took the leap and sewed mine in a stretch denim from my stash that I found .lab — the perfect match for this shape.

Gizeh is waiting in my stash for more than two years. Doubt. Postponing. But this one? It felt right. And wow… it’s totally my vibe.

I made them during a sewing weekend .stofjesenco and they came together so smoothly — instantly a new wardrobe favorite.

Hooray! 🎉 Yesterday was the official launch of the Hygge pattern by !

The Hygge Weste is a wonderfully cosy sleeveless jacket with a high collar, perfect for those still-chilly spring days ahead. It’s one of those pieces that instantly adds both warmth and style to your outfit.

You can choose your length: go cropped or make a longer version.
I chose the short version so I can wear it underneath my coat as an extra layer. Ideal for being on the go, cycling, or during a crisp morning walk.

For my version, I used a quilted black peachskin from and combined it with a fun fluo check fabric that perfectly matches the Naela labels. That little pop of color really makes it stand out ✨

This is definitely one of those patterns you’ll want to sew more than once, maybe one sporty version and one a bit more chic.

Wat een heerlijke krokusdagen achter de rug! 🌸✂️

Twee dagen lang werd hier geknipt, gestikt, gelachen en vooral: zó hard gecreëerd. En amai… er wordt duidelijk uitgekeken naar de lente! ☀️

De tieners naaiden:
🌷 zwierige rokjes
👕 frisse t-shirts
🌼 zomerse topjes
👜 tote bags
🧴 toilettassen
✏️ pennenzakken
🕶️ brillendoosjes
🐶 zelfs hondenjasjes!

Het is zó fijn om te zien hoe ze groeien in zelfvertrouwen, durven kiezen voor hun eigen stijl en elkaar inspireren. De energie in het atelier? Onbetaalbaar.

En alsof dat nog niet straf genoeg is: één tiener ging zelfs aan de slag met haar eigen communieoutfit. 😍 Van dat project deel ik (nog) geen foto’s, want sommige creaties mogen nog even een prachtige verrassing blijven. ✨

Wat ben ik trots op elk van hen. Creatieve tieners met goesting, lef en een hoofd vol ideeën… daar word ik oprecht gelukkig van. 💛

Soms schuilt liefde in iets klein, iets met zorg gemaakt. 💌

Deze hartvormige brillenhoes is zo’n project waar mijn naaihart sneller van gaat slaan: speels, handig en met net dat beetje extra.

Dit weekendproject had nét dat tikkeltje extra ✨

Een scoutshemd borduren met een totem:
De Eerbewuste Steenloper 🐦 van .tijdgat

👉 14 draadwissels
👉 meer dan 30.000 steken
👉 eerst 2 proefjes op handdoeken (perfect om mee te nemen op kamp!)

En daarna… dit superleuke project tot een mooi einde gebracht 💛
Lang leve mijn .benelux borduurmodule, zo fijn om op deze manier nóg creatiever aan de slag te kunnen 🧵🪡

This project lingered on my sewing list far longer than intended 🧵
More than a year ago, I spotted the inspiration : a sleeveless jacket with generous pockets. And honestly… pockets always make my heart beat faster 🤍

Meet the Billy gilet by République du Chiffon ✂️
I used a bouclé from , now sold out, but that colour? Love at first sight 💙 Warm, bold, and very me.

A little Moestash tip 🪡: this pattern runs quite roomy, so sewing one size down from the size chart is a smart move.
For the lining, I reached into my stash and used a leftover cotton satin from Nerida Hansen Fabrics. It gives the bouclé extra strength and feels just right ✨

The finishing touch?
The colourful “Family Power” label by , which truly completes this gilet 🌈

And now that I finally wear it, I keep wondering why I waited so long ☺️
This gilet adds exactly the kind of colour and character I love in my winter wardrobe 🍂✨

☀️❄️ Zon, sneeuw & sewing vibes ❄️☀️
Geen zon, zee en strand hier, maar wél zon, sneeuw en mijn nieuwste warme sweater uit januari 2026.
Deze fantastische wintersweater naaide ik in een zalig warme, gebreide mohair van gevonden bij
Zacht, cosy én verkrijgbaar in nog andere prachtige kleurtjes.
Wat mij betreft: een absolute must-have en de ideale aanvulling voor elke wintergarderobe 🧶✨
