Tomorrow is a super exciting first for me, with an immersive creative workshop to cater for the mind emotions and physical presence of everyone attending. I will admit that this has been the most fun workshop to prepare for as it combines glimpses of everything I have been doing the past 2 years. All the colours are bringing child like awe in my soul and the playlist curation has given me so much pleasure because I think music is so soooo important to allow for a holistic experience. 🏡When it comes to showing ourselves love and care a lot of us would think of ways to ‘treat’ ourselves. However, there are many acts of self love and care that are linked to awareness, cleanliness and discipline.

The first one we will talk about is Environment.

Our environment creates an energy around us and looking after it, creating spaces we truly love and honouring them by keeping them clean and tidy are all acts of self love and respect. I know that depending on your circumstances , it may be really challenging to keep everything tidy all the time. However, the point is to have a space you enjoy being in, not to curate a museum. Clutter, dust and chaos are energetic blockers, so is lack of air. Open a window, add some flowers, maybe throw in a yellow accessory. It’s not about breaking the bank to redesign but more about being deliberate with how you create around your home 💛

Try to pay attention to these especially in winter and see yourself having a better time 🤍✨

Many people still lack education and awareness about professional burnout. Burnout is a state of exhaustion, a phenomenon primarily associated with work although recently more studies are looking into off work cases of burnout.

There are a lot of misconceptions about the state of burnout but if a few of these slides speak to you, you can do a self-assessment and definitely take some time to slow down this week ❤️✨

As I prepare for my workshop tonight I was reflecting on imposter syndrome. I am very passionate about what I do and dare I say- knowledgeable as well. However, just before I go and speak at an event, workshop or a 1:1 I have this little voice in my head that says ’why would anyone care about what you have to say?’. We all feel that, some more often than not.

❤️Then I remember why I do what I do - helping people step out of fight or flight, recognise the signs of stress and burnout. It sounds simple but it’s also so overlooked due to our busy days.

❤️The work I do helps people hit the pause button before it becomes too late.

❤️It helps companies build more resilient teams before morale starts affecting the bottom line. So when I get the feeling of imposter syndrome, I remember all that and gently push it away.

Thank you to everyone who has entrusted me with themselves or their teams ❤️✨🌱 we keep going, growing and healing together 🌱✨❤️

🌱I am a believer in simplicity, de-stressing is not a performative act, it’s just day to day activities that require nothing more than a few minutes of your time and attention. Here are some that you can do anywhere.

❤️After an incredible time in London I head back to my hometown of Sofia for my first ever workshop on Bulgarian soil with the beautiful hospitality of .center at the heart of Sofia ✨

🌱If you want to join we still have a few spots left- although stress is on a different dimension there it’s slowly also becoming the norm for daily life. Prevention is always better than cure so I hope to meet people who are curious to understand how to live a life preventing the build up of stress which leads to burnout.
