Health isn't how you feel or just the absence of disease. Health is defined as how well the body is healing and functioning. To get back to true health, the body must be able to function and heal at 100%. The only way to get the body to function and heal at 100% is to makes sure all areas of health are being addressed and supported, and not just some of them. We are a wellness chiropractic practice that focuses on a holistic approach to health care for patients who want to get healthier the natural way. We do this by focusing on the body as one system and returning it to balance, or homeostasis. The only way to do this is to: restore the normal structure of the spine and remove interference so the body can communicate more efficiently via the brain-body connection, get the body the proper nutritional support it needs, eliminate harmful toxins of all forms, move and exercise daily, and teach each and every patient why all of these are necessary to be truly healthy.
