a birth doula, birth educator, yoga teacher + birth biomechanics instructor:
BEC brings a wealth of knowledge + experience to this session.

she will discuss all things SUPPORT, MOVEMENT, OPTIONS + EXPECTATIONS
for birth (all types/places) in Bermuda
learn in depth biomechanical techniques + sequencing guidelines for an empowered labour + delivery
you will leave our session educated, confident + armed with a tool box full of powerful movement techniques to birth in your own unique way.



this session is for pregnant people + their partners at any stage of their pregnancy.

timings: 1-3pm
investment: $50 per couple*

HI

It’s been a really, really long time.

Guess what? I’m officially back to teaching, and getting back into my birth-doula work full time. I am SO excited for this journey, to share all i’ve learned and to all the mamas i’ll get to support ❤️❤️

Now that I’ll be teaching more, I’ll be back on this account - keeping you posted about classes, pregnancy/birth/postpartum stuff and more!

I’m so happy to be in a place where I am able to balance motherhood and the work I LOVE to do.

I hope to see you all again on your mats soon ❤️❤️❤️

ON MATERNITY LEAVE

Dear yogis and friends,

I’ve begun an early maternity leave due to the covid spike. And to give myself time to rest and prepare for baby 2. And to spend as much time soaking up the final one on one moments with my son.

My accounts will merge when I return to teaching, as moming 2 kids is enough to juggle, and I dont need 2 instagrams.

Keep in touch with me to follow me through to the end of pregnancy, the beginning of my motherhood journey as a mum and 2, and to see when I begin teaching again!
