Performing exercises without proper guidance, or ignoring movement altogether, can be more harmful than doing nothing at all. Sedentary behaviour is not merely the absence of activity; it is the lack of stimulus the body needs to stay strong, aligned, and functional. When the mind desires health but the body does not follow, bones, joints, and muscles begin to lose strength and mobility, increasing the risk of chronic pain, deformities, and even serious complications over time. Each day without movement contributes to structural fragility and limitations that may become permanent, turning inertia into a silent threat to overall health.
This is where I step in: to ensure that you or your loved one perform the correct exercises safely and effectively, with careful supervision, precise technique, and with care and patience. Movement ceases to be just instruction and becomes active, guided, and transformative care.
I have 40 years of life experience, rich in lessons and growth, and now I embark on a new chapter. I graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the Universidade Salesiana de Vitória, the city where I was born, and I was raised in Rio de Janeiro, a city of opportunities, beauty, and a vibrant way of life. There, I had the privilege of learning from leading professionals, absorbing knowledge and practice of excellence.
Today, I arrive with courage and determination, ready to write a new story of success and share this experience with my new neighbours, the kind Welsh community. Health is movement, and movement is care in action — care that accompanies, guides, and transforms every gesture into attention, presence, and life.
