Our brain is always seeking for patterns and routines. So if you are a complainer or someone who has negative thoughts, your brain will reproduce this pattern on a regular basis.
But you have to remember that you are on control and you can change this!
This change should be a daily exercise. Every time a negative thought pops up, immediately change this thought to something nice for example!
If you recognize the problem and immediately change you will rewire your brain. Would you like to know more?
