A huge thank you to the Bahamas Diabetes Association for inviting Ports International to participate in their World Diabetes Symposium 2025. As this organization is dear to us, we were happy to provide sponsorship.

Diabetes remains one of the most pressing public health challenges both globally and here in The Bahamas. With 11.6% of Bahamians currently living with Diabetes and 6.8% classified as pre-diabetic, nearly one in five members of our population are affected- a figure expected to rise significantly by 2030.
