Today felt like one of those small but perfect moments💙🩵

Decided to gift myself a little beach time today. No rush, no agenda, just me, the sun, that salty breeze and ofcourse the bestie ✨

I didn’t realize how much I needed that reset until I felt the warmth on my skin. Instant mood lift, instant gratitude. Love my home 🇧🇸 And in case you’re wondering it’s 160 days until summer officially.

Summer countdown: ON. 🌞🏝️

I made it through 2025 🎉
Even when the last moment of the year knocked the wind out of me, literally! Ending the year in a hit-and-run reminded me how fragile life is… and how strong I actually am.

I’m back on my feet, heart open, and stepping into 2026 with excitement and intention.

Every season I’ve lived through has strengthened me, and Acroyoga has become one of the places where I remember that strength. Each lift, each wobble, each moment of trust has carved wisdom into my body and my spirit. I honor the resilience it took to get here,
and I’m grateful for the woman I’m still becoming.

I’m in my “don’t disturb my softness” era.
The one where I protect my peace like it’s sacred.
Where I don’t over-explain, chase, or shrink.
Where softness isn’t something I give away, it’s something I honor.

I work too hard to come back to myself time and time again. So if it feels like too much for anyone else, that’s okay. This softness wasn’t made for just anybody.

Just because I move with grace doesn’t mean I’m
shrinking. Just because I speak softly doesn’t mean I’m not strong. I’ve learned that softness is not weakness, it’s power without noise, presence without performance, healing without needing to prove anything. I don’t have to be loud to take up space. And I don’t owe anyone an explanation for choosing peace. Soft doesn’t mean small. 🌸
