We're Fully dedicated to you and your success, our exercise program will guide you through a safe and sensible fitness program that encourages you to take control of your body, and the mind to empower you. Mission:

persons to achieve their individual Health
& Fitness Goals! We want to help woman
especially, to feel great about themselves. MANY HAVE lost hope, depressed & feel
unattractive.We want them to know that
they can regain there CONFIDENCE &
GET THERE SEXY BACK!! We are more than a Fitness Club but a place were women can feel Comfortable & everyone is encouraging. We are a fitness family depending on one another
to create an atmosphere that helps us look and feel
better than we ever could by training alone. King's Get Fit Began in Sep of 2010. The Workouts are personally Design for
optimum results. Your Body Will Be Transformed
with Commitment Willpower, Determination
& The will to Succeed. Our program plans to grow even further,
with the help of Our Clients spreading the
word about our Awesome Workouts &
The Results That They are Receiving. King's Get Fit Club workouts are 4 days a week. one-on-one consultation is done before entering
the group. Weekly weigh-in is done each week. Accountability is important. We are here to cater to your well being. Venue: Carmichael area. Vendal dr. - Purcy munnings park
Time: 5:30 pm to 6:30pm

Price: Monthly

Personal Training:
$25.00 to $35.00 1hour

Workout Days:
Monday: Burn-out Arms/ Abs
Wednesday: Butt/Legs
Thursday: Designed Full Body Workout


We take pictures for your before/afters also measurements & Registration
is Done before sessions. Black is Not Permitted for picture taking. MAT is Needed & DUMBBELLS, 1LB, 2LBS For First timers. SNHS Diplomacies:

🚗 Traffic Reminder 🚦

Traveling south from north of the Sports Center, traffic can get heavy at times. However, some drivers are choosing to cut through the Sports Center yard—specifically the Road Traffic Section area—to avoid the long lines.
Let’s remember that this area is not a shortcut. Cutting through creates safety concerns and adds to the confusion on the road.
We all want to get where we’re going, but patience is key on the streets. A few extra minutes is worth keeping everyone safe and respecting the rules.
Let’s do better. Let’s be patient. 🙏🏽
