A case report highlighting how crucial physical examination is.
A 31-year-old male presenting with lower abdominal pain whose physical examination demonstrated a mass at the suprapubic region. The lower end of the mass could not be palpated. The genitalia examination revealed absence of te**es in the sc***um.

Evaluation revealed that the abdominal mass was the undescended te**is, histology confirming it to be a seminoma.

Kidney transplantation isn't the end-all for our patients with chronic kidney diseases. Kidney Transplant Recipients (KTR) face significant issues related to Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL).
This study conducted amongst 100 KTRs in Bhutan to assess their HRQoL using the KTQ-25 tool reports that the overall HRQoL of kidney transplant recipients in Bhutan is low at 4.3ยฑ0.8.
