Bone density naturally decreases as we age,often without any visible symptoms which is why it's sometimes called a " silent" process.

Periodic screenings such at Dexa scans are the gold standard for assessing bone mineral density and catching risks like osteoporosis early.

Tip: Consistency is better then intensity. A 30mins walk daily is more effective for bone health than a single high intensity work out once a week.
