February’s Mining Indaba week in Cape Town found us celebrating innovation and the female founders in this space.

Oarabile Baisi from Botswana is one of them.

Her venture is a women-led platform ensuring waste never compromises the health, dignity, or future of communities. Targeting schools, institutions, and women across the green economy - Rolink Noble Health sits at the intersection of environmental health, circular economy education and sustainable community impact.
