53yrs loading. I’ve been told I look amazing (I don’t know coz I don’t have a mirror 😳) but I feel sooo tantalizing . Let me tell you about the Mindful Eating Program. I first did it back in 2021, I’d gained weight, felt yucky, looked unappealing and your fav doctor told me I was fat (her words). I was in denial coz I’d never been called fat in my life and I thought she was being her typical self. Since it was during lock downs, I’d been working from home and didn’t have to dress up so I didn’t realize that my clothes were shrinking (told myself that). She forced me to do the diet and I was her first social media visible client. I documented my journey from beginning to end and I lost over 20 pounds (I was in the US). Over the years I’d gain weight a little bit and lose track, then I’d jump back on the wagon. This program works and I tell people that it’s not a one time thing, we are human and we make mistakes. I personally do it twice a year to just remind myself that this is a lifetime journey without a destination. So to motivate some of our former clients/participants, it’s ok to get back on track and rejoin the program and we never make you feel bad coz we know life happens.
