Being a victim of child (sexual) abuse is a traumatic which leaves scars on the victim, often for a lifetime. This infomercial shows the impact of this form of abuse and everyone's responsibility in responding to it. EMDR has proven to be an effective methodology to help survivors cope with this trauma.

Covid-19 has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. Countries such as China, USA, and Italy have been the most hit. Just yesterday, three cases were reported in Botswana. All our neighboring countries have been infected with South Africa being the most hit in the continent with more than 1 300 reported cases. This morning, the president of Botswana declared a state emergency and announced that there will be extreme social distancing from the 2nd of April 2020. We urge you all to take care of your mental health and take all the necessary health precautions.
