Winter Solstice today !!! I love Botswana winters though winter brings colds and flu's for which many people take over the counter (OTC) medications. This is OK if you understand what you are taking and do not overdose yourself as often many of these medicines have 2 or more common ingredients eg Corenza C, Efferflu C, Bentlin 4 Flu, Coryx, Sinutab to name a few. So don't take 2 or 3 if these at one time. Take care and stay safe
