"Juicing and Blending are NOT the same thing.
Let me say this with love.
Putting fruits and vegetables in a blender, adding water, and then straining it… is not the same as juicing.
Blending keeps the fiber.
Juicing removes the fiber.
And that difference matters.
When you blend:
You get the whole food.
It digests slower.
It keeps you full longer.
It supports gut health.
When you juice:
You remove the fiber.
The nutrients absorb quickly.
It gives your digestive system a break.
It’s powerful for targeted detox and cellular repair.
As a nurse and plant based nutritionist, I use both strategically.
If I’m trying to:
Support kidneys
Reduce inflammation
Lower blood pressure
Reset the pancreas
Calm the liver
Juicing has a specific purpose.
If I’m trying to:
Stabilize blood sugar
Support gut motility
Keep someone full
Build muscle
Blending has a specific purpose.
They are tools.
But they are not interchangeable.
Health is intentional. Not random.
Know why you’re doing what you’re doing.
Health is the real wealth 💚
