STRONG BOYS TALK TOO! 🗣️💪

This Friday, we’re opening up REAL conversations for young men.

For too long, boys have been told to “man up”, “stay strong”, “don’t cry”, and “keep it inside”.

But the truth is:
Strong boys talk too…
They feel.
They think.
They go through things.
They need safe spaces.
They need to be heard.

Join us as we break stereotypes, speak about emotions, unpack mental health, and build resilience together.

Cancer and mental health.

The trauma is real. The care takers are not always knowledgeable. The stress levels spike up.

Take time to know about this and other sicknesses and how they subtly affect our mental health as we keep saying, 'am fine'.

Today is world mental health day ❤️ 💙 💜. In commemoration of today, we are reminded of the importance of prioritising our mental wellbeing and creating safe spaces for open & honest conversations around mental health, mental health support structures as well as collaborative efforts. This year's theme is: "access to services- mental health in catastrophes and emergencies". Do you know where you can access such services? Are you overwhelmed or just feeling rather low? As we commemorate and celebrate breast cancer survivors this month, we are not oblivious to how this sickness can impact on one's mental state. Let's listen in on how we can pull from each other as a basis of mental support.
