Cancer and mental health.

The trauma is real. The care takers are not always knowledgeable. The stress levels spike up.

Today is world mental health day ❤️ 💙 💜. In commemoration of today, we are reminded of the importance of prioritising our mental wellbeing and creating safe spaces for open & honest conversations around mental health, mental health support structures as well as collaborative efforts. This year's theme is: "access to services- mental health in catastrophes and emergencies". Do you know where you can access such services? Are you overwhelmed or just feeling rather low?
