As an individual you’re the main ingredient of whatever you want t to achieve in your life. You’re the primary or foundational resource you require to make it in life, therefore it is imperative to pay attention to all the spheres in your life (social, physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual sphere.) to insure that you are in a good shape. If you ignore yourself and miss out on prioritizing your needs and wants, you are basically sabotaging yourself. And remember you set the tone of how you want to be treated. Other people usually treat you the way that you treat yourself. If you don’t prioritize on yourself then others will find it hard to make you a priority. Therefore, if you want to excel in life, know who you are; your strengths and capabilities as well as your weaknesses, fall in-love with yourself and know how to apply yourself to get most of life.
