This past weekend, the Teemane Oratory Academy team had the privilege of facilitating and adjudicating the Living and Learning Communities, University of Botswana Debate & Public Speaking Championship.

The tournament brought together brilliant representatives from various residential blocks in the University, showcasing critical thinking, eloquence, and the power of persuasive communication. We are proud to have been part of creating a platform where voices were heard, ideas exchanged, and leaders inspired.

This past week, the Teemane Oratory Academy team had the privilege of adjudicating the Stepping Stones 2025 Youth Voices Debate & Public Speaking Championship, which brought together talented young minds from various schools in the Kgatleng Region.

We were truly inspired by the passion, critical thinking, and eloquence demonstrated by the participants. 🌟 The future is indeed bright when young people are given a platform to express themselves and share their ideas with confidence.

A big thank you to Stepping Stones International for hosting such a meaningful event and for trusting Teemane Oratory Academy to be part of it.

After a powerful and transformative 7 days, the Academic and Discipline Bootcamp at Ranokanyane CJSS officially came to a close yesterday! 🙌✨

The closing ceremony was graced by the Member of Parliament for Serowe West, Hon Kedikilwe, area councillor, Hon Iphitlheng and Hon Mosa Tshenolo, who is also an alumini of the school. Their presence uplifted the spirits of learners, facilitators, and the School management.

Hon. Kedikilwe not only commended the work done by the Teemane Oratory Academy, but also pledged his full support for our future initiatives within his constituency. 🙏

To every young boy who showed growth, discipline, and academic drive during this camp — you are the future we're building for. 🧠🔥

We are honoured to be part of the powerful transformation happening here at Ranokanyane CJSS in Serowe, where over 70 young boys are gathered for a 7 day journey of academic excellence, growth, discipline, and empowerment.

Hosted by the Larona Tshosa Foundation, this bootcamp is a safe space for character building, leadership development, and mindset elevation and Teemane Oratory Academy is proud to be facilitating sessions on public speaking, goal setting, confidence building, and more!

For the next 7 days, it’s all about moulding boys into men of vision, values, and voice.

This weekend, we proudly showed up not just as spectators, but as sponsors of the 2025 UB Boxing Club Open!

In line with our mission to empower young minds beyond the podium, we awarded all 76 participants with free public speaking and self-expression training because being a champion doesn’t stop in the ring.

From throwing punches to speaking with power, these boxers will now equipped to command both the ring and the room!

Congratulations Neolin Jacob 🇧🇼🥳🥳

🎉 OFFICIAL🎉 ●✨️ INTRODUCING MISS TOURISM AFRICA BOTSWANA - NEOLIN JACOB ✨️

Neolin Jacob is a 21-year-old from Molepolole, Botswana, and the current Miss Tourism Africa Botswana 2025. She is in her final year of study in Accounting and Finance at Botswana Accountancy College, where she balances academics with a strong passion for leadership, culture, and youth empowerment.

She currently serves as Deputy Director of Recreation on the BAC Student Representative Council and is the National Director of the Student Investment Society Botswana. Neolin is also an adjudicator with Debaters Without Borders, a member of Teemane Oratory, and an experienced public speaker. Her pageant journey includes being crowned Miss Youth Empowerment Botswana 2023/2024 and placing as 2nd Runner-Up in Miss Teen Africa Botswana 2024/2025.

Outside her leadership roles, Neolin is an avid chess player, a curious reader, and an engaged volunteer. Her commitment to cultural preservation and uplifting young people shapes everything she does. With a heart for service and a mind for strategy, she is determined to help guide the next generation toward a brighter, more grounded future.
