VACANCY: MARKETING OFFICER
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to become part of our team at Doctors Inn Private Hospital, a reputable medical establishment located in Maun. Competitive compensation packages and additional incentives are provided.
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient volume.
• Managing the hospital’s social media presence and digital marketing campaigns
• Designing promotional materials and overseeing the production of hospital brochures and advertisements.
• Coordinating community outreach programs, health fairs, and corporate wellness events.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, stakeholders, and community leaders.
• Monitoring marketing trends and analyzing the effectiveness of various campaigns to ensure a high return on investment.
• Collaborating with medical staff to highlight specialized services and healthcare advancements at the facility.
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in professional marketing, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality sector.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical understanding of hospital services to accurately communicate value to the public.
