Ours is to promote health and wellness, this time around we are proud to be working with Bafazi, a charity cycling movement of female cyclists from Botswana and South Africa.

If you are a Cyclist you can join the cycle at only P100. 00, men are also welcome on this one. If you want to know more about cycling and everything health and wellness, you can join the Ladies for conversations over delicious food and drinks, this one is strictly for women only. There will be a Lady who owns a cycling clinic , Caroline Matsimela who will be talking cycling, safety, turning your passion into a paycheck and more. Letshego Zulu will be talking cycling and everything health and wellness.

We had an amazing time on Saturday, the International Women’s month walk/hike was a great success.

We are thankful to those who drove to Mogonye George, went on top of Manyelanong hill and Mogonye Gorge, what an adventure.

You are invited to a 10KM walk /hike as we appreciate the beauty of nature that is Mogonye Gorge. An event very ideal for networking and spending time with amazing people.

The event will be graced by Mrs Tiny Kgatlwane who epitomizes this year's International Women's month theme, break the bias. We will be having conversations on Mental health issues by a Behavioral Change Specialist Ms Maipelo Rakwadi Madibela, injury prevention and supplimenting by a Physiotherapist Mrs Sharon Mahube Sebeo. It is definitely going to be fun and informative, not one to miss.
