This Women’s History Month, we proudly celebrate the incredible women who are the backbone of Central Medical Laboratory.

Our laboratory is women-dominated, a true reflection of the strength, intelligence, dedication, and resilience that women bring to science and healthcare every single day. From phlebotomy to laboratory units, from administration to leadership, women continue to shape and elevate laboratory medicine.

We are especially proud that our Laboratory Director is a woman, continuing a legacy of strong female leadership, as several of our previous directors were also women. Their vision and commitment have helped build the standard of excellence we uphold today.

We maintain appropriate national stock levels and remain committed to meeting all clinical requests across Belize.
