High risk emergency ACS / heart attacks
Multi vessel coronary artery disease with a chronic blocked left circumflex , dominant RCA with non significant narrowing, a VERY very NARROWED distal Left Main ( LM ) coronary artery (95%) , a diffusely sick proximal left anterior descending coronary artery ( LAD ).
Rescue and repair of proximal LAD back to ostium of left main with 2 overlapped stents ending with a 4.8 mm diameter at LM segment.

Timely evaluations if you are diabetic / hypertensive, if you have thyroid issues or have cholesterol problems.
Smokers at greater risk .
Look out for Easy Fatigue / easy effort shortness of breath / weakness / dizziness/ reduced energy level / chest dycomfort / to name a few .
