Happy Sunday Caye Caulker! ☀️ Here’s our Yoga Schedule for the coming week.

What’s happening this week?

🌺 You’ll find two daily classes on our schedule, one at 8 AM and one at 9.30 AM. From invigorating Vinyasa Flows, to relaxing Slow Flows, and Yin Yoga, there’s a class for everyone.

🌺 Tuesday evening at 6 PM, join us for a beautiful Sound Bath by candlelight 🕯️ Liberty guides you on a true sound journey, while you lie back, relax, and experience the amazing vribrations of singing bowls, drums, chimes, a gong, and other instruments. Sound Baths have a relaxing and healing effect on body and mind. You may reserve your spot here: https://ceibayogacayecaulker.com/class/sound-bath-25-nov/

Everything you need to know:

▪️Walk-ins are welcome for our daily morning classes, but we highly recommend reserving a spot in advance. You may do so on: www.ceibayogacayecaulker.com

▪️ Cost = Pay-what-you-can (to ensure yoga is available for all). Our recommended amount is 20 BZD/10 USD. The Sound Bath has a fixed price.

▪️ Location: Avenida Mangle, Caye Caulker, at Weezie's Ocean Front Hotel and Garden Cottages

▪️ Yoga mats and props are provided, you only need to bring yourself. Please arrive 10 minutes early to grab your mat and settle in.

What is a Sound Bath? Liberty guides you on a true sound journey, while you lie back, relax, and experience the amazing vribrations of singing bowls, drums, chimes, a gong, and other instruments. Sound Baths have an incredible relaxing and healing effect on body and mind.

We’re so excited to share our high season schedule with you! ❤️ Starting tomorrow, there are two daily yoga classes again: At 8 AM and 9.30 AM.

A great way to start your day! This well-rounded flow energizes the body and the mind. Liberty will guide you through a Vinyasa practice that will open and awaken the whole body, leaving you feeling balanced, energized, and ready to greet the day.
