Jarka Tesnerova was born in Czech Republic, where she worked as a registered nurse in Emergency & Intensive care since 1995. Yoga has been part of her life almost 10 years. She is an Ashtanga Yoga & Acro Yoga practitioner and she received her Children's Yoga teacher certification by Asana Alphabet(RCYS) at Om Shanti Belize in 2016. She is RYT 500 & E-RYT200 yoga teacher.In April 2017 she completed her 200-hours Teacher training at Om Shanti Belize and in July 2020 she completed 300-hours Teacher training at Vedansha Institute of Vedic Science and Alternative Medicine in Rishikesh, India. Jarka recently finished 50-hours Aerial Yoga Teacher teaining with Camiyogair�

In addition to having, she attended Ashtanga Yoga Therapy Teacher training with Manju P. Jois, Restorative Yoga teacher training with Cindy Lee and Vedic Thai Yoga bodywork with Suvedi Kramer, 30 hours Yin Yoga teacher training with Sofia Araujo, 16 hours of Mindfulness Fundamentals in 2018, recently she finished one week Yoga Nidra course at Sri Yoga Ashram in India. Hormonal Yoga Therapy corses for menopause and HY T not only for diabetes , Prenatal Yoga certification with Anjali Yoga�

Besides teaching yoga Jarka is a REIKI practitioner. She finished her reiki certification with Lorraine H.

❤️10 years ago, I began my journey as a yoga instructor here in Placencia … and what a journey it has been!

Thousands of hours teaching, hundreds of hours training, and
so many beautiful moments along the way. I’ve met incredible people, taught in amazing places, and grown in ways I never imagined.

I feel truly blessed to call Belize home and to spend my days doing what fills my heart with joy ❤️

Some days I still miss my nursing days 🤭… but sharing yoga and walking this healing path makes every day so meaningful.

Grateful for it all 🙏
Looking forward to many more years and adventures to come❤️

Equinox:

The Sun enters Aries, and a new astrological year begins.
A moment of balance-day and night are briefly equal.

But inwardly, it's not a calm balance.
It's a point of transition.

The Sun stands close to Neptune, continuing a process that has been dissolving old certainties.

What wasn't solid has been revealed.
What wasn't true has lost its power.
And it's from this place that a new beginning is born.

Psychologically:

It's no longer possible to go back, but it's not yet fully clear who you are becoming.
This creates pressure toward independence-💜
not as separation from others, but as the ability to stand behind what is truly yours.

From a yogic perspective, it's the first inhale after a deep exhale.
Movement arises from stillness, action from awareness.

It's not about acting quickly, but about acting truthfully.
This beginning is about certainty.
It's about integrity.
And from there, direction is born.❤️
