Currently looking for a bi-weekly client in the Abbotsford area starting at $100 for 1000k square feet. The amount goes up depending on how big your home is. Payment needed before service or same day. Commercial property and move outs are more per hour. First time cleans require commercial property pricing or first time clean pricing. Message me for information, your quote is free. Must be a client serious for maintenance ongoing.

Please note even if you have a smaller unit or home my minimum is 1000k square feet. There is no discounts available for smaller units. 1000k is the smallest price I leave my home for.

I fell in a bathtub on a job today. Back is tweaked and sore. On bed rest came home. Hoping to boot back up light duty tomorrow.

To clear up any confusion about my schedule. I am Tuesday to Friday 11-6 in Port Coquitlam. All my other clients are done mostly on the Monday or just before my job if it's a small job.

If you are more of a one off client. It's best to be on a scheduled smaller visit plan and I have full access meaning keys to the home or codes to get in. If you want to visit with me. You will know when I have you booked as I have reminders sent. There will come a time when I will be asked not to work as much in the near future and I want to accommodate you all. So let's make a new plan and keep this relationship moving smoothly.
