On Thursday, May 28th and Friday, May 29th we distributed "Thank you" gifts to paramedics, throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, in celebration of .

We were honoured to be able to thank these heroes, face-to-face, and share some special stories with them of how they have affected the lives of our patients, our families, and our community.

We thank each of you for being the first on the scene, for not knowing what you might be met with when you arrive but attending anyhow, for saving the lives of those that we love and care for; for being the ones called upon when we are at our most desperate...

Our nurse leaders hear SO much wonderful feedback about the nursing team each day and recently, we decided to send out a patient survey, to all patients, in the hopes of really capturing some of the more specific ways that the HealthLink Outreach nurses are affecting the lives of those they visit.

We were not surprised to hear that the nursing team is loved (because we think they are pretty incredible, too ☺️), however, we were blown away by the honest and kind words outlining the profound impacts they are having on people's lives, right here in our own community.

Below are actual, unedited statements from HLO patients... This is just amazing, team... Well done!
